Delivery conditions
Through INCOTERMS, the International Chamber of Commerce has developed a tool that is used by the seller and buyer to distribute obligations, risks and costs between them. The provisions have not been adopted in the form of a convention, but are equally binding on the parties. The parties can choose between different clauses, all of which contain provisions on who will arrange documents, where the risk passes from the seller to the buyer and who will advance the shipping costs.
